In a recent conversation, we asked Lisa what prompted her to join the Parasole Dining Club.
LISA: I just have great experiences at the restaurants.
MOUTH:Do you have a favorite?
LISA:I'm a huge fan of Pittsburgh Blue. The food is phenomenal, and they really make you feel special. Even the way they greet you is wonderful.
MOUTH: Do you ever plan events at Pittsburgh Blue for work?
LISA: To tell the truth, I just learned that they had a private dining room [The Club Room]. I've actually eaten in there when it was being used as a regular dining room, but now I'll definitely consider it for events.
MOUTH: Where do you do most of your functions?
LISA: I'm a huge fan of Chino Latino. It's fun and exciting. The food is always delicious, and I know my guests will have a memorable experience. Plus, the staff really know their stuff. The party planner there [Dawn Dicklich] has given me great ideas how to customize events there. And my attendees always give me great feedback.
MOUTH: So what will you do with all the gift cards you've won?
LISA: Try out all the restaurants I've yet to visit!
